- Develop new business opportunities and grow existing customer accounts for Cyber Security solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through a solution-based sales approach.
- Manage the full sales process, from finding new customers to closing deals.
- Understand customer needs and recommend Cyber Security and ICT solutions that deliver business value.
- Work closely with Presales, Technical, and other support teams to ensure successful project delivery and excellent customer experience.
- Expand existing customer accounts through cross-selling, upselling, and co-selling FTI's ICT products and services.
- Keep up with market trends and identify new business opportunities.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and maintain an accurate sales pipeline.
YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of B2B sales experience in IT, Telecommunications, Cyber Security, Cloud, or ICT solutions.
- Experience in selling Cyber Security solutions is preferred.
- Experience working with Enterprise or BFSI (Banking, Financial Services & Insurance) customers is a strong advantage.
- Good communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Good English communication skills are preferred.
Nice to have:
- Existing network within Enterprise, BFSI, Government, or Large Corporate customers.
- Knowledge of Cyber Security solutions such as Network Security, Endpoint Security, Cloud Security, IAM, SIEM, or SOC.
- Experience working with leading technology vendors such as Fortinet, Palo Alto Networks, Cisco, Microsoft, Trend Micro, Check Point, CrowdStrike, or similar.
- Cyber Security or Cloud certifications are a plus.
