CHI TIẾT CÔNG VIỆC

  • Develop new business opportunities and grow existing customer accounts for Cyber Security solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through a solution-based sales approach.
  • Manage the full sales process, from finding new customers to closing deals.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend Cyber Security and ICT solutions that deliver business value.
  • Work closely with Presales, Technical, and other support teams to ensure successful project delivery and excellent customer experience.
  • Expand existing customer accounts through cross-selling, upselling, and co-selling FTI's ICT products and services.
  • Keep up with market trends and identify new business opportunities.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and maintain an accurate sales pipeline.

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of B2B sales experience in IT, Telecommunications, Cyber Security, Cloud, or ICT solutions.
  • Experience in selling Cyber Security solutions is preferred.
  • Experience working with Enterprise or BFSI (Banking, Financial Services & Insurance) customers is a strong advantage.
  • Good communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Good English communication skills are preferred.

Nice to have:

  • Existing network within Enterprise, BFSI, Government, or Large Corporate customers.
  • Knowledge of Cyber Security solutions such as Network Security, Endpoint Security, Cloud Security, IAM, SIEM, or SOC.
  • Experience working with leading technology vendors such as Fortinet, Palo Alto Networks, Cisco, Microsoft, Trend Micro, Check Point, CrowdStrike, or similar.
  • Cyber Security or Cloud certifications are a plus.
