Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Identify new business opportunities by prospecting, networking, and engaging with potential BFSI clients.
- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue and growth targets in the BFSI segment.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to provide insights and strategic direction.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in BFSI organizations.
- Act as the primary liaison between clients and FPT Telecom International, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
- Understand clients’ business challenges and objectives to deliver customized telecom and IT solutions.
- Account Management:
- Manage a portfolio of BFSI clients, ensuring continuous growth and retention.
- Conduct regular account reviews to align on goals, performance, and future opportunities.
- Negotiate contracts and terms to secure beneficial outcomes for both the client and FPT Telecom International.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with internal teams including product development, customer service, and technical support to ensure the seamless delivery of solutions.
- Provide feedback to the product and service teams to enhance offerings based on client needs and market demands.
- Team Management & Development:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 2-3 Account Managers, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Set clear performance goals for the team and conduct regular reviews to monitor progress and provide feedback.
- Coach and mentor team members to develop their skills and enhance their professional growth.
- Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment that encourages innovation and excellence.
YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Telecommunications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and account management within the BFSI sector, with at least 2 years in a leadership or team management role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing complex client relationships in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in telecommunications and IT solutions tailored to the BFSI industry is highly desirable.
- In-depth understanding of the BFSI market, including industry-specific challenges and opportunities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships and influence senior-level decision-makers.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
