CHI TIẾT CÔNG VIỆC

• Deploying, operating, and administering the company's security system & supporting customers with security solutions.
• Configure and troubleshoot security Infrastructure, CloudNative.
• Write operational documents, and deployment documents for partner customers.
• Technical points to support customer problems, and coordinate with the company's experts or other departments to find the root cause.
• Work with the hardware, Cloud, and solution providers.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC

• University degree in Telecom, IT, or related fields.
• Experience deploying/operating Next-Gen Firewall solutions of Checkpoint, Fortinet, and Sophos, Cloudflare.
• Experience with containerization platforms and technologies: Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift.
• Experience with EDR/XDR solutions such as the SentinelOne Singularity.
• Experience working on cloud platforms such as VMWare, Azure, AWS, and Rackspace.
• Experience with CI/CD workflows and tools: Jenkins, CircleCI, GitLabCI, Ansible, ArgoCD.
• Experience in SDN, Server, Cloud, and Application-status monitoring.
• Experience with network security and networking technologies and with system, security, and network monitoring tools.
• Detailed technical knowledge of database and operating system security
• Strong automation scripting skills.
• Strong presentation, communication, writing, and time management skills
• Flexibility, adaptability, and desire to learn new technologies.
• Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills in Linux OS and virtualization are a plus
• Ability to work in a team, support and motivate colleagues
• Good working attitude, dynamic, responsible, reliable, professional.
