As the Project Manager, you will plan, manage, and oversee projects and provide direction for the project teams to ensure projects align with customer specifications, objectives, timelines, and budgets.

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Electronics and Telecommunication, Computer Science, or Project Management; or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• Experience: 2+ years of progressive experience in project management or leading systems integration, managing fieldwork, and/or 5+ years of experience in the electronics field (network infrastructure, server infrastructure, virtualization, private cloud, public cloud, security, etc.)
• Certifications: Possess or be willing to obtain a PMP and/or other professional certifications from Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, Palo Alto, VMware, Nutanix, Microsoft, AWS, Google, etc.
• Functional Skills: Strong project, process, planning, analyzing, organizational, prioritization, and time management skills; ability to multi-task and demonstrate a high level of attention to detail, accuracy, and thoroughness on the job with excellent follow-through to ensure successful projects every time.
• Technology Skills: Advanced Technology skills; General knowledge of Auto CAD and information technology.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to present to others and interact effectively with all levels of the organization and externally.
• Leadership/ Behaviors: Customer-focused and results-oriented.Steady yet assertive to move projects forward. Innovative with excellent collaboration skills to create enhancements. Can work independently and with teams. Uses logic to make sound and timely decisions. Able to manage and adapt to stressful situations.
