Ensure training operations run effectively; promote an active learning culture and optimize the employee learning experience through a strategic blend of traditional training and modern E-learning initiatives.

• Coordinate with various departments to develop and implement training plans and programs.
• Act as a focal point between HR, business units, trainers, and learners to ensure smooth training delivery and a positive learning experience.
• Plan and manage the full training lifecycle, including course coordination, logistical support, execution, and post-course evaluation.
• Design and digitize engaging e-learning content and manage training materials.
• Support and engage learners and instructors to foster a strong learning culture.
• Analyze training data, track certifications, and report on program effectiveness.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver quality training.

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC

• Bachelor's degree in HRM, Education, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of Training & Development, L&D, or a similar role; preferably in companies with a workforce of over 200 employees.
• Demonstrated ability to plan, execute, and evaluate comprehensive training programs and technical certifications.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with graphic/video design software (Canva, Capcut, Photoshop, etc.) or e-learning authoring tools (iSpring, Genially, etc.) is a significant advantage; possessing design thinking.
• Strong sense of responsibility, proactive, and dynamic work ethic.
