1. Legal Advisory & Risk Management
- Provide legal advice to the Board of Management and Business Units on corporate matters, business operations, transactions, and regulatory compliance.
- Identify, assess, and advise on legal risks arising from business operations, projects, and transactions; propose practical solutions to mitigate such risks.
- Research and interpret relevant laws and regulations and advise internal stakeholders on their application.
2. Contract Review & Negotiation
- Draft, review, and assess contracts and other legal documents related to the Company's business operations.
- Lead or directly participate in contract negotiations with domestic and international partners, clients, vendors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
- Identify key contractual risks and propose appropriate legal and commercial solutions.
- Manage and provide legal support throughout the contract lifecycle.
3. Complex Legal Matters & Disputes
- Take the lead in handling complex legal matters, disputes, claims, and conflicts involving the Company.
- Coordinate with relevant Business Units and external legal counsel/law firms where necessary.
- Provide legal advice and propose appropriate solutions for ad-hoc and high-impact legal issues.
4. Regulatory & Government Relations
- Handle legal procedures with competent authorities relating to business legal documents, licenses, approvals, and other regulatory matters.
- Coordinate with relevant internal functions to ensure compliance with applicable legal requirements.
5. Other Responsibilities
- Support and contribute to legal policies, processes, and internal guidelines.
- Perform other legal responsibilities as assigned by the Line Manager and Board of Management.
YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
- Bachelor's degree in Law.
- At least 5 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in an in-house legal environment.
- Strong experience in drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and managing commercial contracts with domestic and international partners, clients, suppliers, and service providers.
- Strong ability to independently identify legal risks, provide legal advice, and propose practical solutions for business operations.
- Experience in handling legal matters and working with competent authorities.
- Experience in directly handling complex legal issues, disputes, or high-value/high-risk contracts is highly preferred.
- Experience in reviewing and negotiating construction and/or FIDIC contracts is an advantage.
- In-house legal experience in the telecommunications, information technology, digital transformation, or technology sectors is highly preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and effectively handle high-pressure and ad-hoc situations.
- Fluent in Vietnamese and English, with strong English proficiency in legal and business contexts.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a large corporation or multinational company.
- Experience working directly with senior management and cross-functional business teams.
- Experience coordinating with external law firms or legal consultants.
- Experience in technology, telecommunications, IT services, construction, or other B2B business environments.
