• Senior Legal Specialist – Full-time, long-term
• Junior Legal Specialist – Full-time, 6-month contract

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

For All Levels

• Draft, review and evaluate legal documents and contracts related to the Company's business operations.
• Provide legal support to business units on contract-related matters.
• Research and update relevant laws and regulations and provide legal guidance when required.

For Senior Level

• Provide legal advice to the Board of Management and business units on corporate legal matters, business operations and regulatory compliance.
• Identify and assess legal risks arising from business operations, projects and transactions, and propose practical solutions to mitigate such risks.
• Lead contract negotiations with domestic and international partners, clients, vendors and other stakeholders.
• Take the lead in handling complex legal matters, disputes and ad-hoc legal issues.
• Coordinate with external legal counsel/law firms when necessary.

• Support the handling and resolution of legal disputes, claims and conflicts involving the Company.
• Coordinate with relevant authorities regarding business legal documents, licenses and approvals.
• Perform other legal tasks as assigned by the Line Manager.

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC

General Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Law.
• Good understanding of Vietnamese legal system and regulations.
• Experience in drafting, reviewing, negotiating and managing contracts with domestic and international partners, clients, suppliers and service providers.
• Experience working with and handling matters related to state authorities.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and perform effectively under pressure.

Level Senior

• At least 5 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in an in-house legal environment.
• Strong experience in contract review, negotiation and legal risk assessment.
• Experience in reviewing and negotiating construction and/or FIDIC contracts is an advantage.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage long-term projects, multiple workstreams and ad-hoc legal matters independently.

Level Junior

• At least 2 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in an in-house legal environment.
• Solid foundation in contract review and legal research.
• Good ability to analyze legal documents and identify basic legal risks.
• Willingness to learn and develop in a corporate legal environment.

• Fluent in Vietnamese and English.
• In-house legal experience, particularly in the telecommunications and/or information technology sectors, is highly preferred.
