Create and evaluate legal documents and contracts related to the company's business operations.

Assist and counsel the BOD/ Business Unit on legal matters related to contracts with partners and clients, and other matters related to the company's internal operations or business.

Resolving issues during legal conflicts.
-
Provide legal advice and adhere to all legal requirements for the operations and investments of the Head Office and its subsidiaries.

Handling procedures with competent authorities regarding business legal documents, licenses/approvals, and providing advice on related matters.

Carry out additional legal department responsibilities as delegated by the line manager and BOD.
YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC

Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field
-
At least 3+ years of experience working as a Legal Executive, Legal Counselor, or similar role
-
Good understanding of Vietnam's legal system and regulations, particularly those concerning in civil law, commercial, investment, telecommunications matters.

Experience in consulting with global partners and clients.

Experience in working and solving issues related to state agencies

Experience in contract drafting, review, and negotiation

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and in a team

Fluent in both Vietnamese and English
