- Create and evaluate legal documents and contracts related to the business operations of the company.
- Assist and counsel the BOD/ Business Unit on legal matters when engaging in commercial and investment-related negotiations with partners and clients.
- Resolving issues that come up during legal conflicts, particularly those involving state entities.
- Provide legal advice and adhere to all legal requirements for the operations and investments of the Head Office and its subsidiaries.
- Manage the legal affairs of the company's investment portfolio.
- Carry out additional legal department responsibilities as delegated by the line manager and BOD.
- Personalized experiences and interactions should be created for users and consumers across all touch points including online and offline contact channels.
YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
- Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field
- At least 2+ years of experience working as a Legal Executive, Legal Counselor, or similar role
- Good understanding of Vietnam's legal system and regulations
- Experience in consulting with global partners/ clients.
- Experience in working and solving issues related to state agencies
- Experience in contract drafting, review, and negotiation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Fluent in both Vietnamese and English
