• Discussed with business units within the company, gathering and understanding business requirements/processes from internal stakeholders.
• Participate in the selection of digital software solutions that meet business needs.
• Receive and collect information, requests, and expectations from units regarding desired products.
• Analyze and clarify the requirements of units, then design and model the actual operating processes of units/end-users based on the information collected.
• Draft and compile product descriptions based on the gathered information.
• Manage change requests when units/end-users make requests and forward them to the technical team for implementation.
• Participate in discussions and test the implementation results with the technical team to ensure the software meets the requirements of the units/end-users.
• Participate in software acceptance testing to ensure it meets all the requirements of the relevant stakeholders.
• Organize user guidance and training sessions for end-users on the product.
• Prepare reports as required by management.

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Business Analyst in the software outsourcing industry.
• Strong logical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in gathering, summarizing, and analyzing data.
• Excellent skills in documentation, effective communication, and clear presentation.
• Detail-oriented and accountable in all tasks.
• Proficiency in English is a plus.
