CHI TIẾT CÔNG VIỆC

As a Global Account Manager, you will drive FTI’s expansion within the international business sector. Your mission is to acquire and manage high-value B2B accounts, specifically targeting multinational corporations and FDI companies operating in Vietnam. You will be the strategic link between our advanced technical solutions and the complex infrastructure needs of global enterprises.

Key Responsibilities

  • Find and approach new international B2B clients and FDI companies to grow the business.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers throughout the sales process.
  • Coordinate with the Technical Team to assess client needs and evaluate their current IT systems.
  • Work with internal experts to build proposals and present product demos for services like Internet Leased Line (ILL), Cloud, and Data Center, and Managed IT Infrastructure.
  • Support clients during the setup and operation phase to ensure everything runs smoothly.
  • Take care of clients before, during, and after the sale; suggest upgrades or new solutions as they grow.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure service quality and high client satisfaction.

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC

  • College graduate or higher in Business Administration, IT, Telecom, or related fields.
  • At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales with strong expertise in the IT or Telecom industry.
  • Strong networking skills with a proven ability to build and expand a professional client database.
  • Proven ability to manage the sales process and build a clear plan that meets customer needs and opportunities.
  • Fluent in English (communication and negotiation).
  • Chinese proficiency (HSK 4 or higher) is required.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to handling client challenges.
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technology products and services.
  • Ambitious mindset with a strong drive for career growth.
